Paul R. Dietsch is Vice President of Administration and Development. Dietsche's duties include administration of the financing, leasing and insurance processes for the company's properties, the analysis and structuring of real estate development projects, and new business development. In addition, Dietsch manages the company's outside legal counsel.

A graduate from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, with distinction, and a Law degree, with high distinction, from the University of Iowa, Dietsch had been with Fraser Stryker PC LLO since 1994. His practice areas include Estate Planning and Probate, Trust and Estate Administration; Business and Corporate; Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures.

Dietsch is a member of the American Bar Association, Nebraska State Bar Association, Iowa State Bar Association and the Omaha Bar Association.
